OK, 4:20, child gets into car on the side of the street, could have been a kid getting picked up by parent, or it could have been a kidnapping!

Hey, all you guys[and girls]. Im gonna start posting a log about suspiceous things I see in my naborhood[some one please tell me how to spell nabor] sence, there are lots of suspiceous things cause, I dont exactly live in the "best" town.
