OKAY, today at about 12:45 I went out ot get the mail, and then this guy came from one of the streets by mine and he was going wayyyyyy over the speed limit, I mean, the speed limit is probbobly like, 15 mph and he was going like 80 mph!!! it was crazy! I'll keep out a look for more goons.
